Project Description
Belle Rive is a 24-acre private residential development situated at the southeastern coast of Haiti, in the seaside community of Jacmel, which is the site of a historic 17th century seaport. This palm-fringed beach town,with its water of immaculate clarity, is a 2 hour drive away from Port-au-Prince, and it connected to the capital by a well kept french-engineered highway nestled in the beautiful mountainous countryside.
Belle Rive is composed of 8 apartment towers and 37 plots of land that may be developed in to townhouses and single family homes. The master plan and units were designed by Rodney Leon in parternship with Nicole Hollant-Denis. The tower contains 5 apartments, ( each occupying an entire floor), a roof terrace & lobby with 24-hour concierge service. A clubhouse featuring a resturant, cafe a Great Hall, shops, massage room, gym, tennis courts and an outdoor pool is also part of the development.
